Privacy Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

Botello Performance ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Dyno / tune requests: your name, phone, email, requested dates, vehicle details (year, make, model, ECU, fuel, power adder) and any notes you type. These go directly into our shop scheduling system.
• Parts quote requests: these open your own email app; we receive only what you choose to send.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. Embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts may also receive your IP address.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, schedule and perform work, send confirmations and deposit information, and run our business. We do not sell or rent your information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example our hosting and database providers), or when required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep request and customer records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. To ask us to see, correct or delete your information, message us on Facebook or email Botelloperformance@gmail.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
